Stephen is a US citizen, and Pennsylvania State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management and German. He has more than ten years’ industry experience, managing departments of more than 30 persons before becoming a consultant. He has been working as an Executive Recruiter since 1996, both internally in company organisations, as well as externally for international recruitment firms. Stephen has been a consultant of AIMS International Germany since 2008, and EMEA Regional Head, Global Practice Team – Life Sciences since 2010 and Global Head Practice Group Media & Technology from 2016 to 2019. He has worked with, and is working with, numerous global clients in various key industries and has filled positions from CIO, Head of Technology – EMEA, Managing Directors, Medical Directors, E-Commerce Leader Europe, and European Marketing Manager, to Technical Sales Representatives and Product Managers.
