Karen O’Connor is a partner in our Tax & Business Services Department of the Firm’s Long Island office. She works closely with large, multi-state and multi-national companies as well as family-owned businesses. Ms. O’Connor provides tax consulting, planning, financial statement disclosure and ongoing compliance services to both public and private entities. Ms. O’Connor has 18 years of professional experience serving companies in the consumer business, manufacturing, retail, distribution and financial services industries. Her responsibilities include tax consulting on various C and S corporation issues, review of consolidated corporate and partnership tax returns and review of income tax provisions. Ms. O’Connor spent the majority of her earlier career in the Corporate Tax Services Group at “Big 4” accounting firms.
