John Gabriel is a partner in Marcum’s Commercial and SEC Assurance practice area. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing in financial statement audit services, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and operational consulting. Mr. Gabriel provides services to businesses ranging from closely held, owner managed companies to multinational publicly traded companies. His experience extends to the Firm’s Alternative Investment Group where he provides auditing and advisory services, including due diligence investigations and financial structuring and reporting to private equity firms and similar entities. In addition, Mr. Gabriel participates in numerous speaking engagements throughout the year on a variety of topics, including SEC, accounting and operational issues.
