As a partner at Parangon Partners, she is dedicated to providing advice to senior management, boards of directors, advisory boards and search for executives and directors both nationally and internationally. Her career has spanned more than 30 years in senior management positions in companies in the field of civil engineering (as well as construction, maintenance and conservation), both in large multinational corporations and in medium-sized, family-owned firms and even in his own company. She has experience in the development of new businesses, internationalization, acquisitions, mergers, integrations and deep restructuring at organizational, operational and strategic levels. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the College of Civil Engineers, as well as an Advisory Board member of a start-up. Marisol is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Doctor Cum Laude from the University of Burgos, Master in Business Management and Court Expert.
