I specialize in Technology recruitment in the APAC region. My aim is to build long term relationships with the clients and candidates I work with, to become their go-to talent specialist. My recruitment career has been varied, as a recruitment researcher, in-house recruiter, and agency recruiter, so I really have experienced recruitment from every side! Over the last few years, I have worked with exciting local startups, growth stage companies and enterprises to build successful, high performing engineering teams and at the same time helped candidates on their career journey with fantastic job opportunities in the tech space. Another part of my job which I love is recruitment for the Thoughtworks Jumpstart programme - an IMDA backed programme which gives local talent a 3 month intro to becoming a software developer. My role is to help the graduates of the programme find a new role on completion of the course which is a really rewarding part of my job. I'm also the unofficial gardener and tech support for 33 Talent, in charge of keeping our office plants alive and helping my colleagues with all their tech questions!
