She has more than 9 years of consulting experience in both Indonesia and USA. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Indonesia, she held the role of Associate Director at Mercer Indonesia, where she was responsible for leading various projects and guiding her project team members. Ms. Ryadi plays an active role in providing advisory services to clients on various topics, including remuneration design, short-term incentive design, organizational design, performance management and strategic workforce planning. She has also led projects in many sectors, including banking, multi-finance, state-owned enterprises, family-owned business, mining and FMCG. She has collaborated with many clients on the topics of remuneration design, short-term incentive design, organizational design, performance management, strategic workforce planning, and several other topics. Her main consulting projects centre around the banking, multi-finance, state-owned enterprises, family-owned business, mining, FMCG and other sectors. Ms. Ryadi holds Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
