Ray is Partner and one of the original co-founders of Capital Search Group, the Washington DC area’s leading executive search firm for accounting & finance, IT, Human Resources, General Counsel & other executive level positions. Before forming Capital Search Group, Ray was with an international executive search firm from late 1999 to early 2001. In 1988, Ray co-founded Logue & Rice Inc. with Ken Logue (along with related consulting businesses) which grew to be the top executive search firm in the DC area for accounting & finance. Ray completed the sale of those businesses in 1999 to MPS Group (a publicly traded company).

Prior to Logue & Rice, Inc, Ray was Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded IT company. He began his career as an Auditor with Price Waterhouse in the Washington, DC office and passed the CPA exam in 1965. Ray holds an MBA-Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin University.

Ray enjoys accompanying his grandchildren to their High School baseball games and to Washington Nationals games.
