I have got the opportunity to build long lasting relationships in assorted industries and wear multiple hats during this period. My career spans across 23 years with leading multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, and optical companies such as Eli Lilly, Allergan and Carl Zeiss. I served as the Country Manager for Allergan, Biopol, and Carl Zeiss Vision for South Korea. In the recent 10 years, I have successfully expanded my expertise to the Industrial, Chemical and Automobile industry’s. It has been a humbling experience to work in a Leadership role and help Stanton Chase grow to one of the leading TOP 5 Executive Search firms in Korea. Educated with an MBA from Helsinki School of Economics and Business, Finland my team and I strive towards building a bridge between the client and candidate alike. I work with a flexibility keeping in mind customer requirements such that maximum satisfaction can be attained between both parties.
