Pedro Sousa Morais started his professional career in the area of Utilities and moved on to a consulting company where he was responsible for supporting human capital to the largest foreign bank in Portugal. He joined TRANSEARCH Portugal in 2017 and focus on Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industry and Government, Education and Non-Profit. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Laureate International Universities, a Master's in International Strategic Management from ESCE International Business School (Paris) and BFSU (Beijing), and a Postgraduate in Talent and People Management from the Nova School of Business and Economics. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and with knowledge in Spanish, Pedro lived and studied in Brazil, France and Beijing.
