Abby Mitchell serves as an Associate with N2Growth Executive Search and is based out of Illinois. Abby holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with specific concentrations in media and technology as well as organizational communication. During her time pursuing her bachelor’s degree, Abby excelled academically, earning Dean’s List standing every semester as well as graduating Magna Cum Laude. Abby’s passion for education and mentorship led her to teach a university course where she received an excellent instructor award two years in a row, placing in the top 15% of all campus instructors and professors. She also spent time studying in Rome, Italy at Gustolab International where she practiced the arts of food, sustainability, and Roman culture. Prior to joining N2Growth, Abby went to great efforts in order to further develop herself as a leader and all-around innovator. She has gained experience in personal finance, working on individual client’s financial portfolios, and has executed legal projects in the scope of private equity. In Abby’s free time she enjoys spending time hiking, traveling, and cooking. She is always open to and on the hunt for new types of cuisine and various styles of food preparation. She is also devoted to volunteering her time by working with K-12 students and improving educational opportunities across socioeconomic standing.
