Joe is a senior associate in True's Healthcare and Life Sciences practices. Prior to joining True, Joe spent more than 10 years in the search and recruitment industry. He was most recently a senior search consultant at JBK Associates, a healthcare and life sciences search firm. In this role he executed searches for senior leaders across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, cell therapy and contract research organizations. His experience includes executive search assignments across broad range of functions in venture-backed, private equity, and Fortune 500 companies. Joe is deeply committed to helping organizations build diverse high-performing leadership teams. He has personally completed multiple corporate relocations supporting his wife’s career, offering him a unique perspective in the search process. Joe holds a bachelor's degree in management from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two dogs, where he enjoys volunteering, hiking, hockey, cooking and traveling.
