Cristina began her professional career in 1996 at the Swedish multinational Datex-Ohmeda (now GE Healthcare), in the marketing department. Her experience in executive search, assessment and management coaching began in 1998 when she worked for two highly renowned firms, Asset Executive Search and Norman Broadbent. She was also head of recruitment at marchFIRST, a boutique strategy consultancy. Cristina joined Ezentia in 2005. She is in charge of the Research division, in charge of strategies and direct approach missions. Cristina became a Partner in 2016.
