Kara joined Ridgeway Partners in 2020. She provides administrative and project management support for the asset and wealth management practice at Ridgeway. Previously, Kara was an Administrative Associate at Flagship Pioneering, a Cambridge, MA-based Venture Capital firm focused on biotechnology and life sciences. Prior to that, she was a Performing Arts Teacher in Boston Public Schools as part of the Community Music Center of Boston’s school outreach program. Kara graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Music History and Cultures and a minor in English. She regularly performs in professional and community theatre productions in the Boston area.
