Stephan began his career in 2000 at Winterthur Insurance (part Credit Suisse Group at the time). After five years in Asset Management he moved to Michael Page where he successfully build our Banking & Financial Services division in Switzerland. Stephan has worked in the executive search industry since 2005 and is the European leader for our Banking & Financial Services practice. His primary focus are cross functional positions within SME’s and international groups. With a track record of over 150 placements of senior to top management professionals, he has built a strong expertise in the market with a vast local network in the industry among diverse sectors. As a well-known expert in the market he is regularly quoted in newspapers or TV broadcasts.
