Christelle Capini

Christelle is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Brisbane manufacturing team. Christelle has a scientific background, with an Engineering degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Immunology. Prior to Recruitment, she worked at the Translational Research Institute in Brisbane for her Postdoctoral studies, and then she moved to Commercial sales for more than a decade, working for some of the largest LifeScience product manufacturers and distributers.

Her background in science and sales helps her to identify the best suitable candidates for specific technical roles. She works with candidates to understand their career motivations and partner with clients to help them secure top talent in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
