Kristian Scheef Madsen has +20 years of C level leadership, and +10 as a CEO. His experience comes from listed international blue-chip companies, PE owned, as well as family-owned companies, giving him a solid knowledge of an organization and the requirements to a candidate. For more than 10 years Kristian has worked as CEO for McDonald’s, Lagkagehuset, Sunset Boulevard and Vapiano Nordic in Stockholm. Before being appointed CEO, Kristian held several positions at C-level in Operations, Communications and Development. Thanks to the different roles and working experiences Kristian has acquired a profound understanding of the fabric of an organization, and the requirements to a suitable candidate in today’s business climate. With solid insight, a passion for human potential, and the strategy in mind Kristian delivers relevant solutions to the organization. Kristian holds a Bachelor in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and has served as an officer in the Royal Danish Guards.
