Biography
Strong reputation and track record (over 25 years) in recruiting, developing and managing high performing and quality-focused teams; and in influencing, and building long standing relationships with clients, vendors, the business, senior management and the Board. Specialist Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture and Learning thought leadership and expertise in the scoping, design, implementation and ongoing management of enterprise wide recruitment, assessment and selection, learning and development, talent and succession management, diversity and inclusion, and culture and engagement strategies, policies, tools, services and initiatives. Effective team member of HR leadership group, contributing to wider HR agenda, scoping of strategic projects and management of the function to deliver benefits to the business; including change management. Strong track record in supporting the development of up-and-coming psychologists through involvement with both Macquarie University (as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Applied Masters degree) and the University of New South Wales (as an Adjunct Associate Lecturer) supervising postgraduate psychology students as part of their requirements towards successful completion of their degrees and registration as psychologists.
