Ricardo Welikson is a business administrator with a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial area and new business development across different sectors. He also has international academic and professional experience – he studied in Michigan, USA, and more recently worked in Monterrey, northern Mexico. He has worked for major companies such as ABN Amro Bank, IBM, Michael Page, and Estácio (YDUQS), where he was Director of New Business and Entrepreneurship. He has more than 13 years of experience in executive search and development. He was Head of the technical areas at Michael Page in Rio de Janeiro, leading the Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction, O&G, and Supply Chain & Procurement sectors, and also launched two business units in Mexico. Ricardo also has executive coaching training from ICI/ICF – International Coaching Federation, and is certified in Hogan methodology and EQ-i. Currently, Ricardo is a partner at EXEC covering the Private Equity and Real Estate industry.
