I bring over 12 years of recruitment experience across the UK and Australia, spanning both agency and in-house environments. At Method, I specialise in sourcing talent across all three lines of defence, supporting organisations within Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Education and Not-for-Profit sectors.

My expertise covers Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Credit Risk and Regulatory Affairs. I recruit across all levels, from Analyst through to executive leadership, tailoring each search to the specific needs of the organisation.

Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement sit at the centre of my approach, ensuring hiring decisions are well-informed and deliver long-term value.
