Aintzane Aroca is a member of the firm´s Professional Services, Real Estate, and Private Equity practices. With more than 20 years’ experience in executive search, she is an expert in Executive Committee and Board of Directors positions as well as in talent management projects. She previously worked for A.T. Kearney as Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal and for Viajes Marsans as Controller. In her early career, she used to be an Auditor. Aintzane has a Business Degree from the Deusto University and an MBA in Financial Management. She is fluent in Spanish, English and Euskera.
