Claudia Allwißer began her professional career at a medium-sized industrial company. There, she worked in sales for international markets such as France, China, and Russia. In 1999, she moved into executive search and learned the ropes of HR consulting in the CFO practice at Signium. In 2007, she was brought on board by Jack Russell Consulting - AltoPartners Germany. Claudia has extensive experience with national and international searches for a wide range of industries and corporate cultures. With great clarity and openness to other people and new topics, she particularly approaches complex and demanding projects.
