She works with clients across Latin America focusing on the energy, building materials, chemicals, plastic, and packaging sectors, specializing in C-level roles. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Luana worked at Fesa, a Brazilian executive search consultancy where she focused on the industrial sector and agribusiness companies in Brazil.
