Phyllis Michels is currently the Managing Director of the Accounting, Finance & Professional Services Division at Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions. She has been a member of the Quest Group team since 2011, making her an asset to the company and clients with staffing needs. After attending Arizona State University, Michels worked for Basilone-Oliver Executive Search. This led to being hired at firstPRO, Inc. as the Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division. At that time, it was a start-up boutique firm; Michels was the 3rd hire in their new Atlanta office. During her ten years at firstPRO, she gained the strategic partnerships that led her to Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing Solutions. Michels’ responsibilities at Quest Group include: hiring team members that would be a valuable asset through excellent leadership skills, creating strategic partnerships with companies in need of direct-hire staffing, and providing her own market intelligence expertise to her team and company as a whole. As a Managing Director at Quest Group she is also a decision-maker for the staffing firm, allowing her experience to grow and thrive within the Quest Group environment.
