I work closely with founders, partners, and leadership teams across the US to understand their unique propositions and build talent strategies aligned to their long-term growth. I will then headhunt to their specific requirements from Graduate to the Partner level. Salaries ranging $100,000- $500,000. With a deep understanding of the consulting landscape and the evolving demands of transformation work, I connect consultancies with high-impact professionals who bring the expertise, agility, and cultural fit required to drive meaningful outcomes for their clients.
