Dan is Partner at New Street Consulting Group and Head of the Private Equity Practice. Dan leads and executes a broad range of searches from North America, Europe, Russia CIS and Asia. Dan has extensive experience working with investors, board directors and CEO’s for clients globally. Dan joined the search industry from a career of four years with the British Army as a Captain and served in Northern Ireland, Cyprus and the Middle East. He has over twenty years of experience in search and has worked at Whitehead Mann, Odgers Berndtson, Russell Reynolds, and Stanton Chase International where he was the Global Head of the Industrial Markets Practice. More recently he managed his own boutique search firm. Dan grew up in the United Arab Emirates and has a degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from The University of Exeter.
