As an Director of Executive Search, Ryan is a Director in our Knoxville office specializing in the procurement, assessment and placement of Human Resources professionals. He recruits for a variety of positions including CHRO, Human Resource Busines Partners, Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefit leadership roles, as well as recruiting, staffing and training and development roles of all levels. For over six years Ryan has partnered with his clients with an interest in building the most effective workforce possible for them. Prior to Blue Rock Ryan specialized in industrial staffing recruiting skilled trades, light technical, and light industrial candidates in Manufacturing and Production, Facilities Support and Services, and Distribution and Warehouse. He has a passion for linking ideally suited talent to companies that offer what he believes would be an unquestionable culture fit for both parties.
