On these shows I have interviewed over 900 business leaders about the path to success. My first job was working as a busboy at "The Big Yellow House Restaurant" in Monrovia, CA. It was in this early employment that I learned the importance of customizing my work for whomever I had the honor to serve. Between the vast number of customers dining in the restaurant, to the three or four wait-staff I helped each night, I realized that making personal connections and being engaged with other people leads to more success. After a lifetime as a couch potato, I am now an avid runner, including running two half marathons in 2017 and in 2020.
