Pål has a management education from the Norwegian Navy and more than 20 years of experience from various sales and management positions. He is an outgoing and enthusiastic person who is motivated by creating results for his customers and making a positive difference for others. His versatile professional background has provided him with a broad network both locally and nationally. During 13 years in the Armed Forces, Pål held various leadership roles, including three years as a ship commander in the Navy. Since 2005, he has held various positions in companies such as AstraZeneca, Telenor and NorEngros. In various leadership roles, he has participated in many hiring processes, in addition to restructuring and downsizing. Since 2020, he has worked exclusively with the recruitment of managers and subject specialists and is a DNV-certified recruiter. He also has various certifications in personality, ability and skill testing. With his broad experience and expertise, Pål helps find the best candidates for our clients, and he is known for his ability to build strong relationships and understand the client's needs. He started as a partner in Bønes Virik Executive Search in 2025.
