Kyle Hookway brings energy, curiosity, and client-first thinking to his role at Insight Executive Group. With experience supporting NHS and wider public sector clients, Kyle works closely with James Herron’s team to recruit into estates and FM roles. His focus on service and relationship-building has led to strong results and repeat business, often driven by on-site engagement and tailored recruitment campaigns. Kyle is a passionate advocate of IEG’s values-driven approach and has actively contributed to CSR initiatives such as our Easter Giving campaign. Outside of work, he’s a fan of Greek mythology, with a dedicated tattoo sleeve to prove it, and a proud member of the 5am gym club, using early starts to stay focused and energised.
