Chad joined CarterBaldwin in 2016 and is focused on executing search in each of the firm’s corporate practices. Prior to joining CarterBaldwin, Chad was with a boutique executive search firm, where he successfully completed over 100 searches across various industries and functional areas. Chad has a history of success recruiting senior-level positions for clients that include Fortune 500 corporations as well as midsized and small businesses throughout the US and abroad. Before getting into executive search, Chad started his career in IT talent acquisition. Chad received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee. He currently lives in Brookhaven, Georgia, is an avid Tennessee Vols and Atlanta sports fan, and enjoys dining out and traveling.
