Before joining Amrop, he worked in another Nordic recruitment consultancy, where he conducted over 100 search assignments with high drive, success rate and client & candidate satisfaction. Sampo has a proven track record in finding top performing talents for middle management to C-level positions. He has advised PE backed SMEs and large listed companies on their key personnel topics within many different industries, such as industrial, travelling, construction, professional services etc. Sampo has a M.Ed. from University of Oulu majoring in Education theory and minoring in Psychology. In his free time Sampo maintains his work life balance with different sports, spending time with his family and playing with his son. Sampo is fluent in Finnish, English and German.
