Penny joined Redpath Partners in 2023 as the Head of China to lead the China team. Before joining Redpath Partners, she has spent over 8 years with Macdonald & Company Hong Kong Office to set up and grow their China business. She has covered senior executive search for investment, development and real estate services clients in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Penny is originally from China, she finished her MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong when she moved to HK and before that she worked for Shui On Land in Shanghai for 6 years, where she joined as a Management Trainee with job rotations in Commercial, Project Development and BD departments. With her fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Penny has a strong focus on developing the Greater China market with a real passion for the Real Estate industry.
