Ewa Baranek joined Amrop in 2018. With a degree in Social Psychology, Ewa has worked her way through every aspect and level of the Executive Search world since 2006, building a strong network with candidates and clients across CEE with a focus on Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Ewa specializes in C-level and other senior management assignments within the Digital sector. Her sector expertise includes Telecommunications, High Tech, Payments and e-Commerce. Ewa gained her experience at two of the main executive search players, one of them being one of the top 5 global retained executive search firms. Ewa has an MA in Social Psychology from SWPS. She also completed two post-graduate studies: Labour Law at Warsaw University in 2013 and Leadership 2.0 at Warsaw School of Economics in 2016.
