Natalie is a senior associate in True’s Finance practice and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to True, Natalie worked as an executive recruiter at Heidrick & Struggles where she rotated through consumer markets, financial officers, healthcare, and global technology and services practices. Natalie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics combined with a minor in environmental systems and society from the University of California.
