James is based in London and he heads up the office in the UK capital. He has over 16 years of experience in Executive Search and Selection within Engineering and Construction (specifically Modular Buildings) and High Value / Aerospace Metals. He initially joined Rilwood Associates in 2003 (one of CSG Talent’s legacy companies), he also set up another CSG Legacy company; Whiterock Executive in 2009 along with fellow Director Nick Barker before becoming a Director in 2015. He takes great pride in the fact he worked his way up from a trainee consultant to Director level, coming straight from University and also being one of the companies longest-standing employees. Because of his proven background in the industry and years of experience, he has built up an extensive network of candidates and clients. He has a proven track record of successfully placing the highest quality candidates at senior level within Modular Buildings and High Value Metals / Aerospace Metals. The area of specialism that he focusses on are Director and Board Level roles, Sales/Business Development, Operations, Financial and Quality and Technical roles.
