Biography
Filipa Fratini-Nobre is a consultant at VIAVANTA AG and brings more than ten years of experience in consulting roles. This includes three years in internal sales, five years in HR consulting, and four years as an HR business partner/division manager at a leading healthcare institution, where she was responsible for the entire HR lifecycle of employees.
At VIAVANTA, she focuses on executive search, direct and multiple search mandates and fills management and key positions for clients in the retail, trade, IT and industrial sectors, particularly in the corporate environment.
Drawing on her experience in HR management, her extensive expertise in recruiting, and her keen instinct for people, she supports companies with strategic and operational issues. She supports the selection process in a structured manner and analyzes the candidate market to attract the best talent for her clients.
In her personal life, Filipa is married and the mother of a young son. She holds a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Human Resources and is also an examiner for the Federal Certificate of Management Assistant (EFZ). As a spirited Southern European, she values the company of family and friends, with whom she enjoys gathering over a glass of wine or coffee. Her Pomeranian, Baileys, is her loyal companion in everyday life and always keeps her in a good mood. 😊
