Mark Hoffman is a partner in the Firm’s Tax & Business Services Division, providing comprehensive accounting & tax services to closely held businesses. Mr. Hoffman specializes in medical and dental practice management and provides financial consultation services to physicians and dentists.

His specific areas of expertise and client experience include practice merger advisory services, owner compensation planning, practice valuations, financial management, accounting and tax services and retirement planning.

Prior to joining Marcum, Mr. Hoffman was a partner with The Abrix Group L.P., a firm specializing in serving the business and financial needs of medical and dental practices. Abrix combined with Marcum in June 2019.
