Recently, Mr. Leto was part of restructuring efforts to reach consensus among stakeholders in an accelerated Chapter 11 process, raise $385 million of new money, and de-leverage the outstanding debt by $800 million for Bristow Group, Inc. For Gibson Brands, Inc. (a guitar brand, global manufacturer of musical instruments, and seller of consumer electronics with global revenue of $1.1+ billion), Mr. Leto was part of the global restructuring efforts, including strategic alternatives (marketing, financing), Chapter 11 process (U.S. and international), 13-week cash flow projections, DIP forecasts and exit financing. In addition, Mr. Leto was involved with the restructuring and deleveraging of Fairway Group Holdings Company (an $800 million, 15-store specialty grocery chain), responsible for bankruptcy analysis and preparation, external communications, cost saving initiatives, margin analysis and process and procedure improvements. Previously, at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., Mr. Leto served as Chief Financial Officer for three years, overseeing financial planning and analysis, global reporting, global tax, technology and infrastructure. He led treasury, global cash repatriation, internal reporting (CEO and board) and external reporting (bankruptcy and creditors), global entity restructurings and dissolutions. Mr. Leto also served as Financial Advisor at Premium Point Investments (PPI), assisting the company with buy-out and restructuring alternatives with its investors, including short term and long term cash flow analysis and weekly meetings with board of directors. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Leto held finance positions at a diamond and jewelry wholesaler and retailer, a tele-sales and web marketing company, and an online start-up. Previously, he was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Leto earned a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and a master's degree from the Deming Scholars Program at Fordham University. He is a non-active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
