Before transitioning to executive search, Dimple served as Deputy General Manager with South Asia’s leading provider of technology-driven HR and business productivity solutions, where she was key contributor to expanding its India practice. Her career spans various strategic roles with global firms specializing in Learning & Organizational Development (OD), Career Transition, and HR Advisory services. This breadth of experience across multiple industries enables her to deliver customized solutions for executing hiring, leadership development and talent assessment. Dimple holds a master’s degree in business management and has completed a formal course in international business.
