I bring 13 years of search experience focusing on C-level and EVP/SVP executive search engagements within private equity, consumer, industrial, technology, and supply chain & logistics sectors. I offer significant expertise in CFO, COO, digital transformations, and supply chain optimization. Serving as a trusted adviser to clients seeking greater certainty in hiring by deploying a full Topgrading methodology within the search process. I have worked at executive search firms and on the client side, placing top talent across a variety of organizations, and seeing many forms of delivery and execution. These experiences fueled my desire to re-imagine the strategic role of executive search, and led me back to Acertitude. Acertitude offers a striking alternative to traditional industry models, with a strategic methodology focused on Topgrading, original tailored research, high-touch personalized service, data-driven selection processes, and an expanded view to integration. On a personal level, I am the married father of three children and actively serve on the board of my daughter's school. I have completed several marathons and half marathons and am passionate about helping others find pathways to physical fitness that will improve their lives and self-image.
