In the 20 years of Victor’s career, he has about 9 years of software engineering, semiconductor to electronics manufacturing experience and 11 years of executive and professional search experience. He has an excellent track-record with engineering, digital, sales & marketing, and operations management roles from high-tech, industrial to financial sector clients. Many of his successful global scale search projects tapping into the talents in USA, Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Germany, etc.for clients hiring in those markets or other parts of the world. Victor also partnered with clients setting up foreign entity office in Taiwan and China for building operations for R&D, sales and other types of teams. Prior to entering the search sector, Victor was a software & IT engineer at IBM and TSMC in Silicon Valley, USA. Besides technical positions he also assumed commercial roles such as procurement, sales & marketing manager for major high-tech brand & contract manufacturing companies, such as ASUS and FIC. Victor holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, USA.
