Bill has over 20 years of senior level and executive leadership experience in small and mid–sized companies including operations, finance, and integrator roles. Since joining KeyStone previously, and now being a Principal and Recruiting Practice Lead at Strategic Talent Partners, Bill has led C-level searches for Privately Held companies, as well as ESOP companies and companies running on EOS™. Bill has experience in the for profit and not-for-profit world and has a track record of building highly effective teams to take businesses to the next level. His accountabilities have also included business development, multiple site P & L management, and organizational structure design/redesign. Bill’s mix of healthcare and general business background give him a unique approach to leadership in all industries as his responsibilities are consistently approached with integrity, accountability, respect, teamwork and innovation. Bill graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Exercise Science and from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Physical Therapy as well as a master’s in healthcare administration. Bill grew up in Iowa and learned from an early age what it takes to make it in a small family run business: hard work, partnering with the right people, and never wavering from your core values. Bill and his wife Jennifer live in Woodbury, MN with their very active four children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time at his kid’s sports and other activities, home improvement projects, and community building activities including coaching youth sports.
