Romain Boisnard is the founder of Tillerman Executive Search. For more than 15 years, he has supported major players in Banking, Finance, Insurance and Consulting in the recruitment of experts and senior executives. His sectoral knowledge and expertise in headhunting allow him to carry out mandates in France and internationally. A graduate of the DESS 225 Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from the University of Paris-Dauphine, Romain Boisnard started his career in 2002 within the Corporate Financing division of ABN AMRO (OBC). He worked in the financial audit profession at Ernst & Young, where he notably participated in the audits of the accounts of large Corporate such as British Pétroléum. Romain turned to human resources in 2005 by joining the Michael Page group. In 2009, he became Senior Associate of Michael Page Executive Search in charge of financial services. He was then promoted to Associate Director of Coleridge & Valmore, the group's headhunting entity. At the end of 2012, he founded the firm Tillerman Executive Search and gradually joined forces with recognized professionals in head hunting, experts in other sectors.
