Tatiana joined Isaacson, Miller in 2016 as a search coordinator and became an associate in 2018. In her role as associate, she has worked on searches for a range of significant civic institutions, including human services organizations, environmental non-profits, foundations, and universities. In her search coordinator role, Tatiana acted as a liaison for clients, candidates, and the search team and provided project management support for searches, primarily within the higher education sector. Tatiana is a member of the firm’s Civic Engagement Steering Committee and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Tatiana worked in real estate and interned at the Massachusetts State House, assisting with constituent services and learning about the legislative process.
