Milly splits her time between Hansen Filler, working as an Executive Search consultant where she specialises in senior HR and Change appointments and The Transition Phase (Hansen Filler’s sister company) where she is an Athlete Relationship Manager and supports former elite athletes through career transition. Milly graduated from the University of Essex with a master’s degree in Marketing Management and is a former international volleyball player and scholarship athlete herself.
