Till Schöppe-Fries initially worked as in-house counsel specializing in banking supervisory and capital markets law at Trigon Wertpapierhandelsbank AG in Frankfurt, and later as an attorney at the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. He then built up the corporate counsel division for one of the world's leading legal recruitment consultancies, recruiting lawyers of all seniority levels worldwide for the legal departments of German and international companies, up to and including general counsel. His clients included traditional corporations as well as family offices and private equity firms. Subsequently, he focused on placing partners and teams in renowned national and international law firms and was responsible for several significant office openings in the German law firm market. As Managing Director, he was also responsible for the German business. Till Schöppe-Fries is characterized by a keen awareness of problems and the ability to empathize with his clients' needs.
