She has over 13 years' experience with executive search, after a successful career of 15 years' in investment banking and financial markets, with senior executive positions in Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba as Director of Trading Desks. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Management. She is a seasoned headhunter specialised in Finance, with strong focus on C-level, CEO level and independent Board of Directors' member assignments. She has been a partner of Proposito in Brazil since 2013. Ruth is married and has 4 daughters.
