Mike has had extensive experience in sales and management roles in Professional Services, Software and Management Consulting. He has worked for McCann Erickson, Apple, SunGard and BAE Systems in the UK, Spain, France and the United States. Focussing on assisting scale-ups and organizations experiencing accelerated change, he advises board members and senior leadership on executive on-boarding, succession planning and strategic talent management. Mike is a graduate of the London School of Economics. Based in Paris, he is also engaged in not-for-profit activities in the education and development sectors.
