Graduating in German Language Sciences in Hungary and in Intercultural Communications at the University LMU in Munich, Germany, Dominika has always been a “bridge” between cultures, companies, and candidates. Coming from relationship management at the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Budapest, more than 10 years ago Dominika has started her career as a headhunter at TARGET and found her mission in serving companies and candidates with the best possible service and bringing them together. After several years as Managing Partner for Hungary and Austria she moved back to Germany in 2016 with her family and has continued her career in Human Resources Consultancy, finding the right candidates for top managerial, middle level and expert positions in different industry fields. Her Executive Search activity has been focused on projects especially in the logistics, constructions, automotive and manufacturing sectors. She speaks Hungarian, German and English.
