Christel is an Organisational Psychologist and Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in assessing and developing talent for a multinational client base. An Oxford HR Associate since 2019, Christel holds a D.Phil (Industrial Psychology) degree on how effective senior leadership shapes organisational culture. Before moving to the United Kingdom, she lived in Japan for over five years. She started her career at Nissan South Africa in Learning & Development, followed by senior consulting roles at SHL South Africa and in independent practice. Christel is a registered psychologist and accredited on a range of assessments.
